Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between the developer finish and the turnkey version?

You complete the developer finish your own way — your own colours, your own materials, your own budget. In the turnkey version we carry out the finishing for you; you can also choose a furniture package.

What does the developer finish at Mostki include?

An apartment ready for finishing: plastered walls and ceilings, screeds, underfloor heating throughout, electrical and plumbing installations brought to the connection points, windows and front door installed. You choose the floors, tiles, fittings, interior doors and wall colours yourself.

Which buildings are on sale now?

With the developer finish: buildings 11, 12 and 13. Buildings 1, 2 and 3 will follow soon, together with finished and furnished apartments in buildings 4 to 10.

What does the price include?

Prices are gross and exclude a parking space. A covered parking space costs PLN 20,000; it is optional and added to the price of the unit.

What payment plans are available?

An example plan: twenty per cent on signing, and the rest in monthly instalments until handover of the keys. The plan is agreed for each specific unit. We also have special offers on selected units — just ask.

Can I buy without a deposit?

Selected units qualify for the Rodzinny Kredyt Mieszkaniowy, a Polish family mortgage scheme with no deposit. Limits change every quarter, so we check eligibility for each specific unit.

When does Phase 2 start?

Soon. Phase 2 comprises 13 buildings, numbered 14–26, with 52 apartments; prices from PLN 8,750 per m². Leave your details — we will get in touch when the pre-sale opens.
