An architect by profession and a Varsovian by birth — creating places to live is my passion. I love an empty field and projects at the moment they are born; I would rather set my own boundaries than fit within someone else’s.
For almost 30 years I have helped shape the Warsaw commercial property market; for a decade I have been defining the Polish luxury residential segment, with a recognised track record in hospitality and leisure.
She helped shape the modern Warsaw commercial property market, redefined the Polish luxury residential and hotel segment, and today is opening up a new category in Poland: residential resorts.
Over more than 30 years she has held the post of CEO three times — each time building the organisation from the ground up. In 1991 she was part of the team that brought Jones Lang LaSalle to Poland. For 15 years she grew Platan Group, founding the Aries Hotels brand and the Klub Mila chain. From 2014 to 2020 she headed Tacit Investment, delivering Cosmopolitan, Park Lane, Hotel Nobu Warsaw, The Bridge Wrocław and the Akademeia High School campus.
One thread runs through every chapter of this journey: the privilege of starting things — entering new categories before the market does. Mostki is the next one.

Projects Karolina Kaim was responsible for in previous roles: as CEO of Tacit Investment, and earlier at Platan Group and JLL. A skyscraper in central Warsaw, hotels, a school, a tenement house. Today we bring that experience to Mostki.
